The Functional Training Zone (FTZ) is a mini-gym in itself! The FTZ is a great location to expand or enhance one's workout. The FTZ is a training area that features an array of equipment designed to maximize your workout and deliver fast results.
Some exercise accessories in FTZ include:
TRX Suspension Training
The original bodyweight-based portable training tool that uses your own bodyweight and gravity to build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
Kettlebells & Medicine Balls
Use exercises that employ all three planes of motion simultaneously to engage dozens of muscles at once. The result? You get a calorie burning cardio workout that builds lean muscle while strengthening your core.
Resistance training can be performed to achieve an array of benefits. Increased muscle strength and power, increased metabolic rate and weight management, increased bone mass and prevention of osteoporosis.
Improve your agility, coordination, foot speed, and balance as you quickly step through the rungs of the ladder.
Manipulating these thick, rigid ropes to produce waves is an excellent conditioning exercise for your core and upper body.
Precor FTS Glide
The FTS Glide offers resistance training with freedom of motion to increase core strength, balance, stability and coordination.
