Falcons Fitness Center

Now housing new cardio and weight machines, the fitness center provides a safe environment where current students, faculty and staff can be physically active and work towards creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The main fitness facility is located on the main floor of the Student Union down the left hall past the Director of Physical Health and Wellness’ office.

There is an optional Functional Training Zone, a separate room located in the front right corner of the recreational area on the main floor of the Student Union.

The fitness center is free to all current Lackawanna College student, faculty, and staff with his/her ID. Those without valid IDs and proper fitness facility attire will not be allowed to use the facility or its equipment.

          Monday - Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM 

Thursday - Saturday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Available Equipment

The Falcon Fitness Center offers a variety of cardio options.

 Precor treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, stationary and recumbent bikes, Concept rower, Stairmaster and Jacobs Ladder.

There is also a large selection of strength equipment.  

 Hammer strength, selectorized equipment, smith machine free weights, kettlebells and benches.
